Which of the drawings is the net for a cube?

1st net with 4 squares in a column then a column of 2 squares joined along one edge of the top square of the first column 2nd net forms an inverted L shape with 3 squares across the top joining to 3 squares in a column. 3rd net with a column of 1 square joining to a column of 2 squares, which joins to a column of 3 squares. 4th net A column of 4 squares and a square joined to the top of the column to the left and another square joined to the right at the bottom.
