PIMS Graduate Industrial Mathematical Modelling Camp and Industrial Problem Solving Workshop The Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS) sponsors an annual five day workshop for graduate students in the week preceeding the Industrial Problem Solving Workshop. The goal of the Mathematical Modelling Camp is to provide experience in the use of mathematical modelling as a problem solving tool for graduate students in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, and computer science.
