Deloitte Study Shows AMSI's Impact PDF print email
A recent study by Deloitte on the Impact of the of the Victorian government's Science Technology
and Innovation Initiative showcased AMSI as an example of a STI funded project that
continues to raise science awareness and leverage funding support for members.
AMSI was established in 2002 with a $1M grant from the Victorian State Government
and a matching $1M cash and in-kind contribution from its members.  Since then AMSI has gone
from strength to strength by leveraging additional funds in support of the mathematical sciences
from the Federal government.
